SiChef: All the Secrets of Pizza in a Cooking Class
During this course you will learn the secrets of Pizza, from flour to seasoning. You will prepare:
- Different doughs
- Gourmet toppings
Duration: 3 hours
Program:
- Welcome with welcome drink
- SiChef apron delivery, meeting with the chef and presentation of the course
- Course development
The chef will teach you how to choose the flours, the differences between them, how to knead and how to follow the leavening.
You will prepare different doughs, which will go from the classic dough, to the black one with charcoal, passing through doughs with different percentage of hydration up to the base for the Pinza. All this also based on the raw materials that we can find locally and what best suits the season in which the course takes place.
In the meantime the dough will rise and you will take care of the condiments, made with genuine and local raw materials, and you will make new and delicious combinations.
Then it will be the turn of cooking and the time to inebriate with the smell of freshly baked pizza.
- Once everything is cooked, it will be time to eat what has been produced, in company, with a good glass of wine to accompany.
- The day will end with the delivery of the certificate of participation.
