Our Menus

We at SiChef are waiting for you in our location to offer you unique dishes of our tradition and not. We will be happy to welcome you among our guests with our genuine products and our specialties in the context of our beautiful locationon with the view that sweeps from Barberino Val d'Elsa to San Gimignano.

We are located in Barberino Tavarnelle and we have private and fenced parking. Our Chef Yuri Ferrara has studied for you a series of dedicated menus starting from 47 euros.

MENU SPOIANO

SiChef buffet appetizer: cold cuts and cheeses at km 0, corner of traditional crostini, corner of seasonal fried foods, corner of traditional and homemade breads

First courses of your choice (choose your favorite first course):

  • Fusilli speck rocket and saffron
  • Tagliatelle with mushrooms and lampredotto filange
  • Potato ravioli on cream of milk with citrus fruits and pink pepper
  • Pacchero with cheese and pepper with balsamic vinegar reduction

Second course or encore of first course:

  • Roast chicken with apricot chutney and roast potatoes with Tuscan scents

Dessert of your choice (choose your favorite dessert):

  • Mint panna cotta and dark chocolate ganache
  • Cup with mascarpone cream, hazelnut chocolate and cocoa
  • Tiramisu from Chianti
  • Burnt cream with rosemary and sour cherries in syrup
  • Vinsanto and traditional cantucci with egg cream

  • Verna wheat tagliatelle with black cabbage, truffle-scented bacon
  • Pacchero on duck ragout and crispy orange scorsette

Second courses (choose your favorite second course):

  • Roast chicken with apricot chutney
  • Pork ribs marinated in paprika and maple syrup
  • Sliced beef with Tuscan-flavoured lard
  • Pork fillet in cbt with vinsanto and prunes

All second courses are accompanied by roast potatoes and/or spinach
